French Bulldog pedigree papers and registries
Exotic Swedes puppies are not registered with SKK (the Swedish Kennel Club) or any FCI club.
What that means in practice
- Your puppy cannot be entered in FCI or SKK dog shows.
- Your puppy cannot be registered for breeding within SKK.
- Your puppy comes with our own documentation, both parents' DNA results and an EU pet passport.
Why not SKK
SKK follows the FCI breed standard for the French Bulldog, which accepts fawn and brindle, with or without white. Our programme is built around colours outside that standard, such as blue, lilac, isabella and merle, so our dogs are not registered there. It does not change how we work with health: every parent is DNA-tested and graded for breathing, and the results are published.
About our health testing →Registries that accept rare colours
These are privately run registries, independent of the FCI, that record French Bulldogs in colours outside the FCI standard.

What “DNA-verified” means
Some registries keep a DNA profile for each registered dog. When a puppy is DNA-verified, its profile has been compared with both parents, which confirms who the parents are. It is a parentage check, not a health test.
Which registry your puppy's papers come from is stated on the puppy page.
